Mô tả công việc

To provide courteous and efficient service and, if possible, to comply with each and every guest's request;
To greet all guests in a courteous and friendly manner;
To check in guests according to the procedure. All check-ins are to be handle promptly and guests checking out must not be made to wait in line;
To prepare welcome folders, meal vouchers, and relevant materials for FIT guests and groups before their arrival;
To handle all mails, messages, facsimiles and other items for guests promptly.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
Native Vietnamese, good English.
1+ years of experience in a similar position with proven track records.
Excellent customer service, communication and problem-handling skills
