Mô tả công việc
- Participates in the development and implementation of business strategies for the Hotel which are aligned with Brand’s overall mission, vision values and strategies.
- Develops and implements sales strategies that support achievement of the Hotel’s financial goals.
- Manage the profile of all accounts (Corporate, TA/TO, MICE, PCO..) with full information.Services existing business through management of account base.
- Prepare administration documents required for sales and business accounts.
- Provide direction on, and conducts market research and analysis
- Plan and coordinate with sale on site for familiarization tours and site inspections.
- Interface with operations on a timely basis
- Initiate and prepare tenders for business
- Uses outside sales calls, prospecting, hotels tours and hosting of clients to solicit new business.
- Prepares proposals and contracts that are geared to maximize profit while satisfying client needs.

Yêu cầu công việc
- One - two years in hospitality
- Local market knowledge of hotel industry preferred
- University Graduated diploma required
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese, English and preferably one more language.
