• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Creative Team to produce suitable artwork and content for L Concepts’ brands’ social media pages, aligned with the monthly content plans.
• Update and manage L Concepts’ social media content plans to meet marketing objectives.
• Execute content for Instagram and Facebook, publishing 5-7 posts weekly, in line with marketing goals and strategies, adhering to the brands’ visual identities.
• Respond to comments and engage with followers on Instagram and Facebook in a timely manner, using the appropriate brand tone of voice.
• Run, analyze, and monitor social media campaigns, measure results, and report findings.
• Devise a clear system to track and analyze social media performance.
• Identify international bloggers and influencers to engage for brand leverage and build a comprehensive influencer database.
• Identify potential new customer segments and propose measurable methods to engage these audiences through social media.
Visual Merchandising (VM):
• Develop and implement monthly visual merchandising plans for retail items, ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing campaigns.
Content Creation & Analytics:
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital and offline marketing channels.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing activities, providing data-driven insights to improve strategies.
• Create weekly and monthly reports on social media performance and emerging industry trends.
Press & Media Management:
• Research, build, and maintain L Concepts’ press and media contact database.
• Monitor and document mentions of L Concepts’ brands in the press, online, and on social media.
Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated on emerging industry trends and technologies, sharing insights in weekly reports.
Event Coordination:
• Assist in planning and executing brand events and activations, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree or a related qualification in the field.
1 year of experience in F&B Marketing OR 2 years of experience in MKT (including intern period)
Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred.
English speaking and writing is a must.
