Assisting in posting job vacancies
Contacting candidates to prepare for interviews
Assisting new hires with onboarding processes, such as setting up personal lockers, name tags, and uniforms
Supporting the organization of internal employee events
Providing administrative support, including receiving application documents and organizing new employees' files
Other tasks as assigned

Main requirements:

6-month working
Proactive, friendly, good attitude towards colleagues
Good speaking and listening skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva website
Ability to create content, design and edit video
Experience in internal communications preferred
