Human Resources Manager (EGaming/Slot)

The HR Manager supports in executing the organization’s people strategy by managing day-to-day HR operations and leading key HR programs. The role ensures consistent application of HR policies, legal compliance, Colleague engagement, and effective talent management across the organization. The HR Manager acts as a bridge between leadership, managers, and Colleagues to foster a high-performance and positive workplace culture.

HR Strategy & Leadership Support

• Support the Head of HR to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Translate organizational goals into practical HR initiatives and action plans
• Provide data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations to the Head of HR
• Support change management and organizational development initiatives

Talent & Workforce Planning

• Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and budgeting
• Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth Colleague integration
• Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

Colleague Relations & Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Colleague relations matters
• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Advise managers on performance issues, behavioral concerns, and corrective actions
• Promote Colleague engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans
• Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies

Performance Management & Development

• Manage performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely completion
• Coach managers on goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs
• Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Coordination

• Support salary reviews, incentives, and reward programs
• Oversee benefits administration including insurance, leave, and wellness programs
• Coordinate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Monitor market trends and internal equity

HR Compliance & Policy Management

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
• Maintain and update Colleague handbooks, HR policies, and SOPs
• Support audits and inspections related to HR and labor compliance
• Ensure data privacy, confidentiality, and ethical HR practices

HR Operations & Systems

• Oversee HRIS, Colleague records, documentation, and reporting
• Track HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, recruitment timelines, and engagement scores
• Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and Colleague experience
• Manage vendor relationships (recruitment agencies, training providers, benefits vendors)

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and people management practices
• Experience working closely with senior HR leadership or HR Heads
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
