Propose strategy and implement business plans
Be responsible and report on business results
Manage and coordinate activities in Corona Food Center
Review, develop standards and monitor the business process
Manage, recruit, train and develop personnel
Solve incidents and problems
Other tasks as instructed and assigned by Management Board

Yêu cầu công việc

Work at Corona Food Center Phu Quoc, a member of Corona Resort & Casino.
Bachelor degree or above.
Minimum 5 years of experience as F&B Operation Manager of Food Centers/Hotels.
Minimum 10 years of experience in management and business operation of food and beverage in hotel, banquet and luxury MICE.
Good understanding of the domestic and international food market.
Good understanding of the Phu Quoc market.
Good leadership and management ability.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Good English communication skills.
Professional appearance.
