• Comply with food safety and hygiene legislation and assist with the implementation of the resort food safety, quality & legality.
• Identifying risk & keeping records.
• Pest Control Management & Chemical Management.
• Drive the planning and coordination of daily and routine hygiene clean & deep clean cycles.
• Managing, training & supporting FB department and senior leaders such Chefs & Chief Stewarding to facilitate deep clean and hygiene improvement plans.
• Checking establishments and workplaces to ensure that the place is safe and is not hazardous for employees.
• Responsible for the office/section area being clean and orderly with an organized and efficient workflow
• Inspects the buildings and such to ensure that the place is safe from diseases or viruses that may harm the employees and guests.
• Monitors, assists and performs all procedures and protocols for maintaining an excellent sanitation and hygienic environment

• Several years of experience in hygiene audits & inspections.
• Computer-literate and familiar with databases.
• Have a Food Safety Qualification (preferred).
• Knowing HACCP.
• Able to work under pressure.
