Mô tả công việc

Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments.
Be responsible for the operation and installation of all equipment and engineering systems. Oversee the general repair and maintenance of the hotel.
Report to work at the scheduled time, well groomed and in the correct uniform.
Take full responsible for the performance of departmental activities within the shift, immediately bring to your manager attention any problem arises
Walk through, Maintain request priority and handle guest requests timelly.
Lockout power sources/ restore power sources.
Operate, install and maintain all electrical, mechanical related equipment, HVAC equipment, plumbing and water distribution systems, including steam systems and kitchen equipment.
Perform inspections of operating machinery, pant rooms, systems.
Conduct guest room maintenance in accordance with the preventative maintenance program.
Ensure all workshop and working areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance and compliance with fire and safety regulations and all municipal, state and federal guidelines.
Ensure all equipment is used according to the manufacturers recommendations and ensure all equipment is well maintained and in a good state of repair.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum requirements
The position is open for Vietnamese only
Bachelor's degree or professional technical certificate
3 years of experience in the same position
Pre-opening experience is preferable
Luxury background in resort and urban city
Good communication in English and Vietnamese
