Restaurant Manager (Korean speaking)

Overall responsibility for outlet business performance in term of strategy and operations. Supervise daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning. Maintain sanitation standards and assists service team and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Strive to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction, team development and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.

Meet with guest on an informal basis during meals or upon departure to obtain, feedback on quality of food and beverage, service levels and overall satisfaction.

Record and analyse guest data to review and maintain the improvement number of guests visiting the restaurant with giving out the suggestion to develop the product and menu planning.

Understand the competitor to keep abreast with Food & Beverage trend in products, services, facilities, equipment, etc.

Treat associates fairly and empower them to provide excellent customer service.

Oversee the financial aspects of the department including purchasing with payment of invoices and work within all pre-set budgetary limits.

Comply with all the standards, policies, procedures, hotel’s credit policies and cash handling procedures.

The position is open for Vietnamese only.

Bachelor's degree in Korean/ Chinese language/ Hospitality Management.

3 years of experience in the same position in Luxury resort and urban city.

Pre-opening experience is preferable.

Good Korean/ Chinese/ English communication skills, both in written and oral.
