[Melia Vinpearl Northern] Cluster Training Manager (Based in Hai Phong)

• Support the development and implementation of training and development programs across the hotel cluster.
• Coordinate annual training plans, monthly training calendars, and training activities to ensure alignment with business needs and operational objectives.
• Conduct orientation programs, soft skills training, service excellence training, and other learning initiatives for employees.
• Monitor training effectiveness, maintain training records, and prepare regular training reports and statistics.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and support employee development plans.
• Ensure mandatory training programs (Fire Safety, Food Hygiene, First Aid, etc.) are conducted in compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Support talent development initiatives, cross-training programs, succession planning, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in maintaining training materials, SOPs, and learning resources while ensuring training standards are consistently applied.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, training providers, and hospitality schools to support talent pipeline initiatives.
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding activities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, English, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a similar role within hotels or international companies.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of hospitality training practices, employee development, and learning management systems is preferred.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and passion for people development.
