Food & Beverage Manager

Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for managing and overseeing all Food & Beverage (F&B) operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and F&B events.
- Develop business plans, budgets, and revenue targets for the F&B Department. Monitor and control operating costs.
- Design and improve food and beverage menus in collaboration with the Head Chef to ensure menu variety and appeal, in line with customer preferences and the hotel/restaurant’s standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage the F&B team. Foster a positive working environment and support employees’ professional development.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Ensure that the F&B Department fully complies with food safety and hygiene standards, hotel/restaurant policies, and relevant legal requirements.
- Work closely with other departments, including Front Office, Kitchen, and Housekeeping, to deliver the best possible service to guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of costs, budgeting, and profitability in the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in English.
- Dynamic, creative, and able to work well under pressure.
