SALES BANQUET MANAGER

Mô tả công việc:

• Responsible for managing and coordinating all banquet sales activities of the hotel/restaurant.
• Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients who have banquet/event needs.
• Receive client requirements, provide consultation, design menus, and prepare banquet quotations.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (kitchen, service, etc.) to ensure banquet quality meets client expectations.
• Negotiate, finalize contracts, and monitor contract execution with clients.
• Handle and resolve issues arising during event execution.
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns for banquet services.

• At least 2 year experience in sales
• Strong inter-personal skills, proficiency in English communication and computer literate
• Strong in driving results, overall sales skills, effective telephone communication skills
• Broad understanding of function and group room space management
• Proven ability in group sales process and related strategies
• Maximizing revenue by up-selling packages and creative food & beverage promotions
• Understanding and achievement of team and individual goals
• Understanding of need time strategy as developed by revenue management
• Familiarity and knowledge of all departments within the hotel
