Receptionist (Male) / Nhân viên nam Lễ tân

Provide our guests with a smooth check-in/checkout and pass on all information about the hotel services and information about the city and Vietnam.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome and register guests, assign rooms, and accommodate special requests.
• Manage check-in/check-out efficiently and professionally.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room blocking as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, room types, and property layout.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on room status and guest requests.
• Manage guest accounts, cash handling, billing, and currency exchange.
• Supervise guest safe deposit box access and key management.
• Ensure proper mail, package, and message handling.
• Stay informed on hotel activities and report unusual occurrences to management.
• Support sales by presenting options and assisting guests in decision-making.
• Flexibly adjust shifts as required to meet business needs.

College or university degree in Tourism, Hospitality or related fields

Proficient in English

Skilled in office computer applications

Agile, with good communication and problem-solving skills, and ready to work in shifts (including night shift)

Preference for candidates with a professional receptionist qualification.
