[Phan Thiết] Trưởng Bộ phận Thu mua | Purchasing Manager

To oversee and manage all purchasing activities in the resort, ensuring that goods and services are procured at the best value and quality while complying with internal policies and legal regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and execute purchasing operations based on departmental requisitions.

Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.

Ensure purchasing activities comply with Accor policies and relevant laws.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.

Monitor and control purchasing budgets while maintaining product/service quality.

Track delivery schedules and resolve any arising issues.

Work closely with Accounting, Receiving/Warehouse, and other departments.

Train, manage, and develop the purchasing team.

Prepare periodic reports and carry out tasks assigned by the Financial Controller.

• College or university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a 4-5 star hotel or resort.
• Solid knowledge of procurement processes, supplier markets, and contract management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel systems (Future Log, Misa, Opera, Sun, etc. is a plus).
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
