Mô tả công việc
- Plan, organize and manage daily Purchasing operations to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services for the hotel.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with approved budgets, business needs and hotel standards.
- Manage the procurement process from purchase requisition, quotation, evaluation and purchase order through delivery and payment documentation.
- Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices, quality products, favorable terms and reliable delivery.
- Maintain and develop a reliable supplier base and periodically review supplier performance, pricing, quality and service levels.
- Ensure all purchases are made in accordance with approved specifications, authorized suppliers, purchasing policies and internal controls.
- Monitor market prices, product availability and supply trends to identify cost-saving and sourcing opportunities.
- Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, pricing and commercial terms with suppliers within the approved authority.
- Coordinate with HODs to understand operational requirements, specifications, quantities and delivery timelines.
- Work closely with Receiving, Stores, Finance and relevant departments to ensure proper receiving, documentation and invoice matching.
- Monitor outstanding purchase orders, back orders, delivery schedules and urgent requirements, and follow up with suppliers accordingly.
- Ensure appropriate controls over purchases, quotations, approvals, purchase orders and supporting documentation.
- Monitor purchasing expenses against approved budgets and identify significant variances or potential cost risks.
- Support inventory and stock control by coordinating with Stores and relevant departments to maintain appropriate stock levels and minimize overstock, shortages and wastage.
- Review purchasing reports, supplier performance, price comparisons and cost-saving initiatives and provide regular updates to Management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records, price lists, contracts and purchasing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, Accor standards, local regulations and ethical purchasing practices.
- Monitor supplier compliance with quality, food safety, hygiene, sustainability and other applicable hotel requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments during audits and ensure required purchasing records and supporting documents are available.
- Lead, coach and develop the Purchasing team to maintain productivity, accuracy, service quality and professional standards.
- Monitor team performance, attendance, workload and compliance with purchasing procedures.
- Conduct regular team briefings, meetings and training to improve purchasing knowledge and process compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes, controls, supplier management and operational efficiency.
- Participate in budget preparation, business planning, projects and management meetings as required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement or Supply Chain, including supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in an international hotel/resort.
- Strong knowledge of hotel purchasing operations, supplier management, procurement procedures and inventory-related processes.
- Good understanding of purchasing controls, quotation comparison, price negotiation, contracts and cost management.
- Good knowledge of food, beverage, OS&E, FF&E, operating supplies and other hotel procurement categories.
- Strong negotiation, supplier relationship management and commercial skills.
- Good analytical and numerical skills with the ability to review prices, costs, budgets and purchasing reports.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination and team management skills.
- Good planning, organization, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with purchasing, inventory or hotel management systems.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
- Proactive, responsible and results-oriented, with a strong focus on cost control, quality and timely delivery.
- Able to work independently and effectively coordinate with multiple departments and suppliers.
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
