*** Key Responsibilities:
- Quality & Efficiency: Oversee the quality of dishes, ensuring consistency and operational excellence in the central kitchen’s production process.
- Culinary Innovation: Prepare high-quality dishes, lead the kitchen team, manage food-related operations, and contribute creative menu ideas by blending diverse culinary styles.
- Operational Management: Design menus, oversee ingredient sourcing, coordinate staffing, and prepare materials for production.
- Customer Experience: Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction while maintaining cost-effective budget management.
- Standards Compliance: Uphold the highest levels of hygiene and food safety in line with regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Train and motivate kitchen staff to achieve outstanding performance and ensure seamless operations.

- Work-Life Balance: Working on Weekdays (Monday - Friday only), Daytime only (6am / 6.30am - 3pm)
- Competitive Salary (Based on Experience): Starting from $5,000 AUD per month (before tax) - equivalent to around 82,600,000 VND per month PLUS Superannuation payment (11.5% of your salary)
- Visa Sponsorship: Full support for obtaining an Australian working visa to start with (the company will pay for the Australian working visa fee). Then, Sponsorship Visa (482 Visa) for the right candidates with pathway to get Australia Permanent Resident for you and your family (wife / husband and children - if have)
- Training: Comprehensive onboarding in Australian culinary standards and processes.

- Age: 26 - 30 years old
- Education: Culinary degree or professional certification in cooking.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 Years’ Experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in a 4- or 5-star hotel or high-end / fine dining restaurant
- Proven culinary expertise and attention to detail
- Skills:
- Creative and forward-thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in quality control and food safety management.
- Ability to train and develop staff professionally.
- Passionate, responsible, and adaptable to a fast-paced international workplace.
- Language: Minimum IELTS band score of 4.5 or equivalent.
- Health: Must meet health screening standards for an Australian work visa.
