Reception Manager / Quản lý Lễ tân

• MAIN SCOPE AND PURPOSE:

Assisting on cash sales collections, sales invoice process, and monthly reconciliation for month end closing.

Building strong relationships of leadership internally and with suppliers by ensuring Mad Monkey core values; Curiosity, Positivity, Courage, Sincerity and Family Spirit have visibility within the business.

* Main duties and responsibilities

- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance

- Performing predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance

- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.

- Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)

- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment

- Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

- Ability to deal with and correctly respond to customer complaints

- Must attend all scheduled training and development sessions

- Follow and apply procedures, lessons, and information learned during training

• Experience in an equivalent position in a restaurant/bar in a hotel/hostel/resort environment is an advance.
• Agility, honesty, effective communication skills, willingness to work in shifts, overtime, public holidays.
• Ability to communicate in English
• Skilled in handling situations, under high pressure;
