Mô tả công việc
- Durations: 6 - 8 months
- Conduct onboarding process
- Staffing level monitoring and Identify internship needs.
- Carry out the Welcome, monitor and support the tutor in their evaluation of interns.
- Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee records.
- Support collect all training records from Executive Office to L&D Department
- Support to be host or organize for all internal activities
- Assist with employee survey logistics or feedback gathering.
- Collect training records from departments and organize them in L&D system
- Support the preparation and hosting of internal training sessions and workshops
- Assist in planning and coordinating learning activities for hotel staff
- Help with logistics for training sessions (materials, room setup, attendance, etc.)
- Support internal communication related to training (reminders, follow-up)
- Assist with collecting feedback from employees after training sessions
- Help analyze feedback and suggest improvements
- Support the tracking and updating of training records and reports
- Learn about hotel learning systems and help with data entry
- Join internal meetings to observe L&D project planning and implementatio

Yêu cầu công việc
- Là sinh viên năm cuối hoặc mới tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Quản trị Nhân sự, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Du lịch – Khách sạn hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có đam mê và định hướng phát triển trong lĩnh vực Nhân sự khách sạn.
- Nhanh nhẹn, giao tiếp tốt, chủ động và tinh thần học hỏi cao.
- Sử dụng tốt Word, Excel; ưu tiên biết tiếng Anh cơ bản.
