Mô tả công việc

Develop and implement F&B strategies that align with Sheraton's business objectives.
Collaborate with department heads to create promotions, menu offerings, and service enhancements
Ensure departmental goals are integrated into the property's overall strategic plans.
Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, including Harbor Restaurant, Yi Ling Ling, Lobby Café.
Maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, and safety in all F&B areas.
Monitor and manage inventory, procurement, and cost control measures
Develop and manage the F&B budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
Analyze financial reports to monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Implement cash and liquor control policies to safeguard assets
Lead, mentor, and develop the F&B team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Facilitate training programs to enhance team skills and service delivery.
Ensure all F&B services meet or exceed guest expectations.
Address guest feedback promptly and implement improvements based on insights.
Promote a guest-centric culture within the F&B team.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
