Key Responsibilities:

• Perform night audit procedures to ensure all daily financial transactions are accurate and balanced.
• Verify and reconcile all front office postings, guest accounts, and revenue reports.
• Prepare daily reports, including revenue summaries, occupancy reports, and financial statements.
• Ensure all guest bills are accurate and properly posted in the system.
• Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest inquiries during night shifts.
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts and report any irregularities.
• Maintain security and safety standards during the night shift.
• Ensure proper handover to the morning shift team.

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-organized with attention to detail
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours when required

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
• Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
• Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level positions
