Pit manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of an assigned pit on the gaming floor, reporting directly to the Gaming Shift Manager, Table Games. Lead a team of Supervisors, Inspectors, and Dealers to deliver exceptional guest experience while maintaining service standards. Continuously monitor team workflow to ensure strict adherence to gaming policies, procedures, and regulations./Quản lý khu vực bàn trò chơi có thường chịu trách nhiệm giám sát và điều hành các hoạt động của khu vực được giao tại Khu vực trò chơi có thưởng. báo cáo trực tiếp cho Trưởng ca mảng vận hành, Bàn trò chơi có thường. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES | NHIỆM VỤ CÔNG VIỆC

Duties may include but not limited to/Nhiệm vụ bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn:

• Ensure team members (including Supervisors, Dealer Inspectors, and Dealers) comply with the rules and regulations, directives of internal control and standard operating procedures./Đảm bảo các thành viên (bao gồm giám sát, chuyên viên chia bài, và nhân viên chia bài) tuân thủ các quy định nội bộ, quy trình, chỉ thị và các quy trình vận hành tiêu chuẩn.
• Ensure the immediate area is equipped for all operational needs, including but not limited to; adequate float, adequate playing cards, and all gaming equipment is operational and secure./Đảm bảo khu vực Bàn trò chơi có thường có đủ các thiết bị cần thiết cho các nhu cầu vận hành, bao gồm chip, bài chơi và các thiết bị hoạt động an toàn, bảo mật.
• Continuously review current processes and practice & make recommendations for improvement as required./Liên tục đánh giá các quy trình và phương thức hiện tại để đưa ra các đề xuất cải tiến khi cần thiết.
• Provide a clean, pleasant and safe gaming area for guests to enjoy their gaming experience by ensuring adequate service levels and standards, proper conditions of equipment & furniture on the gaming floor./Đảm bảo khu vực Bàn trò chơi có thường sạch sẽ, an toàn và thoải mái cho khách, duy trì các thiết bị đạt tiêu chuẩn yêu cầu.
• Be responsible for communicating to team members (including Supervisors, Dealer Inspectors, and Dealers) about changes or amendments to company policies and/or procedures and ensure compliance./Truyền đạt hoặc cập nhật về chính sách và quy trình công ty cho các thành viên (bao gồm giám sát, chuyên viên chia bài, và nhân viên chia bài) và đảm bảo tuân thủ.
• Maintain a PIT diary for all important information and endorsing all necessary information to incoming PIT Manager./Chịu trách nhiệm ghi chép công việc và đảm bảo việc bàn giao thông tin suôn sẻ cho Quản lý khu vực của ca tiếp theo.
• Remain aware of all forms of fraudulent behavior inside the casino and immediately report to management any doubtful or suspicious activities and/or behavior./Nhận diện và báo cáo ngay lập tức các hoạt động hoặc hành vi gian lận đáng ngờ trong Khu vực trò chơi giải trí có thưởng cho trưởng ca mảng vận hành.
• Work with the Surveillance Department and Gaming Shift Manager, advising them immediately of any problem arisen./Làm việc chặt chẽ với Bộ phận An ninh Giám sát và Trưởng ca mảng vận hành và báo cáo các vấn đề khi phát sinh.
• Ensure discipline is administered in consistent & fair manners to team members (including Supervisors, Dealer Inspectors, and Dealers)./Đảm bảo kỷ luật được áp dụng một cách công bằng và nhất quán đối với các thành viên trong nhóm (bao gồm giám sát, chuyên viên chia bài, và nhân viên chia bài).
• Conduct performance appraisals in a timely and constructive manner./Thực hiện đánh giá hiệu suất và đóng góp các ý kiến mang tính xây dựng đối với các thành viên trong nhóm.
• Comply with all of the Company's regulations and policies from time to time (including, but not limited to Internal Labor Regulations, Code of Conduct, Internal policies …)/Tuân thủ tất cả các quy định và chính sách của Công tại từng thời điểm (bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn Nội quy Lao động, Quy tắc ứng xử, các Chính sách nội bộ…).
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Head of Division from time to time, within the scope of job position./Thực hiện tất cả các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của Trưởng bộ phận tại từng thời điểm trong phạm vi vị trí công việc.

• 05 years’ experience at Table games và and 2 years’ experience at PIT Manager./05 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí giám sát tại Khu vực Trò chơi giải trí có thưởng và 02 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí quản lý khu vực Trò chơi có thường.
• Full professional proficiency in Korean and basic proficiency in English./Khả năng sử dụng tiếng Hàn thành thạo chuyên nghiệp và tiếng Anh ở mức độ cơ bản.
