Project Supervisor/Giám sát dự án

• Coordinate all aspects of the project throughout the software development process to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients and internal management on a regular basis.
• Lead and facilitate feasibility studies and analysis with stakeholders to support emerging change initiatives and build strong business cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements.
• Work closely with developers to validate requirements and ensure the solution meets customer needs and business goals.
• Investigate, document, analyze, and confirm system requirements and business processes.
• Negotiate and define acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality and concise documentation, including requirements and design documents that can be clearly understood by internal or external developers.
• Take ownership in creating User Requirement Specifications (URS), Software/System Requirement Specifications (SRS), and Feature List documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Experience working with international clients is a plus.
