Mô tả công việc

Planning & Organizing:

Review and update Logbook.

Check equipment.

Oversee the day-to-day operations.

Report regularly on happening to FOM / Night Manager (if on shift).

Monitor Employees performance/ Coaching.

Handle guest complaints and report to manager.

Implement and coordinate the Front Office OSM.

Operations:

Prepare for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation, amenities and special requests of Guests.

Update and check guest information into the computer after a complete check-in.

Other duties as assigned.

Perform duties in a manner that respects Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts’ Core Behaviours which are Trust, Relationship, Entrepreneurship and Drive.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum of two years of experience in the same position.

High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.

Good communication and customer contact skills.

Excellent proficiency in English language.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Opera.
