Leading the Hospitality division and the current hotel operation strategy. He/she will manage the day-to-day leadership and direction of each business unit. The Cluster general manager is in charge of all daily hotel operations to guarantee that guests enjoy an outstanding experience. This position requires a flexible and dynamic problem solver with exceptional leadership abilities who can empower staff to give superior customer service to hotel guests, associates, and visitors. Job holder provides leadership and strategic direction to all departments of the hotel.

• Lead the overall management and strategic direction of the properties and support all departments in the achievement of operational targets

• Lead the long – term and short-term development plan, pre-opening to operating budget and forecast for current and new coming hotel

Yêu cầu công việc

Previous experience in a leadership role within a similar hotel brand or business, pre-opening GM experience is an advantage
Experience in Vietnam, especially in Hanoi is a huge advantage
Passionate to grow and develop self and other
Strategic, creative and able to communicate effectively
A proven leader who is able to inspire others
Strong business acumen and demonstrated success in driving the commercial performance of the business and delivering on KPIs.
