Job DescriptionOversee daily operations of the driver team.
- Ensure compliance with transportation and safety regulations.
- Schedule and dispatch drivers effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve transportation issues.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to drivers.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare and maintain transportation records and reports.

- Knowledge of Binh Dinh traffic
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion
