Mô tả công việc

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase F&B revenue and drive business growth

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate & social event

• Build & maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding & recording with f&b team both needs & preferences

• Grow hotel database through new & established tools to leverage direct communication possibilities

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms

• Work closely with the f&b & commercial team to develop menus, pricing, offers and promotions that meet clients needs and drive sales

• Analyze f&b sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

• Generate regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team

• Working hours to include afternoon through – mid/evening only (and present in key meal period serving hours)

• Time will be divided 50/50 on-floor sales & outcall sales

• 1 Day p/week for office time to generate reports and tele-sale (if any)

• Exceptions will be afforded for key meetings only i.e F&B Sales meeting

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should be holding preferably a degree and minimum 3 years post graduate work experiences in a F&B, Sales or daily client interacting position. Good computer skills and a perfect command of Vietnamese and fluent English is a must.

The ideal candidate will be a young, vibrant and innovative individual. You will be able to work independently and promote at all times the brand image and market status, as well as maintain accurate documentations and account records, while possessing following additional competencies:
