Mô tả công việc
- Oversee daily reservation operations.
- Manage room inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Handle group bookings, VIP requests, and special reservations.
- Coordinate with OTAs, travel agents, and corporate clients.
- Supervise and train the reservations team.
- Work closely with Front Office, Sales, and Finance departments.
- Prepare regular reports on booking status and forecasts.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Good command of English and reservation systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
