Pool & Beach Safety Attendant/ Nhân viên cứu hộ

Responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all guests using the pool and beach areas. This role includes supervising swimmers, maintaining cleanliness, assisting guests with amenities, and responding to emergencies.

Chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo an toàn và sự hài lòng của khách tại khu vực hồ bơi và bãi biển. Công việc bao gồm giám sát, hỗ trợ khách, giữ gìn vệ sinh và xử lý các tình huống khẩn cấp nếu xảy ra.

Monitor guest activities in the pool and beach areas to ensure safety.

Giám sát hoạt động của khách tại khu vực hồ bơi và bãi biển để đảm bảo an toàn.

Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid

Xử lý nhanh chóng các tình huống khẩn cấp, hỗ trợ sơ cứu

Provide towels, set up sunbeds, umbrellas, and assist guests as requested.

Phát khăn, chuẩn bị ghế, dù và hỗ trợ các nhu cầu của khách.

Ensure cleanliness, order, and hygiene in the pool/beach areas.

Đảm bảo khu vực luôn sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, hợp vệ sinh.

Report any hazards, broken equipment, or unsafe conditions.

Báo cáo các tình huống nguy hiểm, thiết bị hư hỏng hoặc không an toàn.

Communicate and enforce pool/beach rules and regulations.

Truyền đạt và đảm bảo khách tuân thủ nội quy sử dụng hồ bơi và bãi biển.

Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude toward guests at all times.

Luôn giữ thái độ thân thiện và hỗ trợ khách hàng.
