Guest Experience Officer

• Greet and welcome all guests in a warm and professional manner.

• Assist with VIP arrivals, special requests, and personalizing the guest experience.

• Ensure guests receive a seamless and memorable stay from check-in to check-out.

Đảm bảo khách có một kỳ nghỉ suôn sẻ và đáng nhớ từ khi nhận phòng đến khi trả phòng.

• Handle guest complaints or concerns effectively and promptly.

Xử lý khiếu nại, phản hồi từ khách một cách hiệu quả và kịp thời.

• Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, etc.) to exceed guest expectations.

Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác (buồng phòng, F&B, spa...) để vượt trên mong đợi của khách.

• Proactively gather guest feedback and input it into the system (e.g. TrustYou, Medallia).

Chủ động thu thập ý kiến phản hồi từ khách và cập nhật vào hệ thống (ví dụ: TrustYou, Medallia).

• Promote resort activities, experiences, and F&B offers to enhance guest satisfaction.

Giới thiệu các hoạt động, dịch vụ và ưu đãi của Khu nghỉ dưỡng để nâng cao sự hài lòng của khách.

• Support implementation of brand standards and guest experience initiatives.

Tham gia thực hiện các tiêu chuẩn thương hiệu và sáng kiến nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng.

• Participate in guest activities, social events, and engagement programs.

Tham gia vào các hoạt động, sự kiện giao lưu với khách.

• Complete reports, logs, and documentation as required by the Guest Experience Manager.

Hoàn thành báo cáo, nhật ký công việc và các biểu mẫu theo yêu cầu của quản lý bộ phận.

• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management.

Văn bằng Quản lý Du lịch/Khách sạn.

• Familiar with PMS (e.g., Opera), guest feedback systems, and brand platforms

Thành thạo phần mềm lễ tân (ví dụ: Opera), hệ thống thu thập ý kiến khách và các nền tảng thương hiệu.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Vietnamese and other languages are a plus)..

Kỹ năng giao tiếp và ứng xử tốt, sử dụng tiếng Anh thành thạo (biết thêm ngoại ngữ khác là một lợi thế).

•  Good communication and customer contact skills.

Giỏi kỹ năng giao tiếp và tiếp xúc với khách hàng.

• Service oriented with an eye for details.
