Mô tả công việc

The General Manager (GM) will be responsible for leading and executing the club's overall marketing and business development strategy, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals. This includes managing communications plans, marketing materials, and budgets while producing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

The GM will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities through market research and expanding the database of potential clients or partners. The role also involves close collaboration with the Management Company to support strategic operations and long-term planning.

Personnel management is a key part of the role, with responsibilities including recruitment, training, supervision, and team development to ensure high service standards and efficient operations.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, business operations, or general management, ideally in the golf or hospitality industry
Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
Proven ability in strategic planning, financial oversight, and operational execution
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
Confident leading cross-functional teams and building a strong service culture
