Key Responsibilities:

Operational Responsibilities:

Ensure all routine preventive maintenance is performed as scheduled and all corrective work is completed efficiently.

Supervise and support the engineering team in handling breakdowns and urgent repairs promptly.

Review and follow manufacturers’ instructions/manuals to ensure accurate and safe repairs.

Monitor all abnormal equipment behavior or incidents and report to the Chief Engineer for appropriate action.

Coordinate the ordering and stocking of spare parts, tools, and equipment to maintain operational readiness.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for the team and support adherence to all engineering SOPs.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of maintenance logs, reports, and required documentation.

Team & Leadership:

Support the development and morale of the engineering team by fostering positive team dynamics.

Supervise and train junior engineers and technicians in maintenance procedures and safety practices.

Assign and monitor daily tasks, ensuring work is completed to standard and within deadlines.

Standards & Compliance:

Ensure full compliance with fire, life, safety, and emergency procedures.

Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, grooming, and professional conduct for self and team.

Support a culture of safety, responsibility, and continuous improvement within the department.

Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Chief Engineer or Management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel/resort engineering operations

Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and water systems

Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset

Good organizational and communication skills

Ability to lead and motivate a technical team

Familiar with Vietnamese safety and labor laws

Proficiency in using maintenance software is an advantage

Garrya Mu Cang Chai, Banyan Group – Yen Bai Province
