Mô tả công việc

Drive the hotel’s business development strategy across all revenue-generating segments.
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through market analysis and strategic client acquisition.
Lead the sales team in key account management, contract negotiation, and revenue forecasting to exceed performance targets.
Provide ongoing training, inspiration, and coaching to the Sales team to drive performance and professional growth.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Revenue Management and related departments to optimize total resort revenue and business performance.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality business development, including at least 5 years in a similar leadership role.
Strong expertise in market trends, revenue strategy, and B2B relationship management.
Excellent communication, team leadership, and a proven track record in driving business growth.
