Mô tả công việc

Oversee Talent & Culture, including compensation, benefits, payroll, recruitment and administration to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely execution.
Support the development and implementation of policies, employee welfare programs.
Maintain accurate employee records, coordinate disciplinary actions, and ensure proper communication of benefits and policy changes.
Responsible for developing and allocating talent resources in accordance with operational requirements and the approved manning guide, ensuring optimal staffing levels to support business needs.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar position, strong C&B, Recruitment and Administration.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Cadena System.
Knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax Law.
Proficient in English.
