Mô tả công việc

As Performance Control Executive, we rely on you to:

Track KPIs to monitor departmental and organizational effectiveness
Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with superiors to develop and follow through on action plans that drive KPI achievement
Act as an internal consultant, guiding line managers in understanding and applying performance strategies.
Work cross-functionally to enhance execution and efficiency of performance initiatives
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager

- Operation Position: 1.5 days off/week.

Yêu cầu công việc

We are looking for someone who:

Has strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with KPIs and performance metrics
Is highly proficient in Excel and familiar with hospitality systems
Has strong understanding of business operations, particularly within the hospitality industry
Communicates clearly and effectively across all levels
Has experience in project management or process improvement (preferred)
Holds a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Hospitality
Has prior experience in planning and performance analysis
