Design, arrange and maintain floral displays for hotel areas in accordance with brand standards.

• Thực hiện hoa cho sự kiện/banquet/wedding: bouquet, centerpiece, backdrop/arch (phần hoa), corsage, boutonniere… theo yêu cầu.

Deliver event/wedding florals including bouquets, centerpieces, floral backdrops/arches, corsages, boutonnieres, etc.

• Tiếp nhận yêu cầu từ bộ phận/khách hàng; tư vấn concept, màu sắc, số lượng và ngân sách phù hợp.

Receive requests and consult on concepts, colors, quantities and suitable budgets.

• Quản lý tồn kho và vật tư: nhập hàng, bảo quản (kho mát), kiểm soát chất lượng, hạn dùng và hao hụt.

Manage floral inventory and supplies: receiving, cold storage, quality control and waste control.

• Lập kế hoạch đặt hoa; phối hợp nhà cung cấp đảm bảo chất lượng, tiến độ và ngân sách.

Plan orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery and budget control.

• Hỗ trợ set-up/tear-down sự kiện; đảm bảo layout, timeline và tiêu chuẩn trưng bày; thực hiện báo cáo theo phân công.

Support event set-up/tear-down and prepare assigned reports as required.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Florist/Floral Designer; hotel/resort or event/wedding experience preferred.

• Có thẩm mỹ tốt, kỹ năng cắm hoa vững; biết phối màu và bố cục.

Strong aesthetic sense with solid floral arranging skills; good color matching and composition.

• Hiểu cách chăm sóc và bảo quản hoa; kiểm soát chất lượng và hao hụt.

Knowledge of flower care and preservation; strong quality and wastage control.

• Có khả năng làm việc theo deadline; linh hoạt thời gian khi có sự kiện.

Able to work under deadlines; flexible working hours for events.

Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure; responsible and cooperative.

• Biết quản lý vật tư/tồn kho; kinh nghiệm làm việc với nhà cung cấp là lợi thế.

Able to manage supplies/inventory; supplier management experience is a plus.
