Supervise daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR policies.
Manage and update employee records, contracts, and performance evaluations.
Oversee payroll, social insurance, attendance, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Support leadership in workforce planning, training, and internal communication.
Coordinate internal HR events and team-building activities.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HR, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
English proficiency is a plus.
