Mô tả công việc
• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Assign duties and coordinate team members during shifts.
• Ensure proper set-up, cleanliness, and compliance with service standards.
• Coordinate closely with the Kitchen and other departments to maintain service flow.
- Guest Service
• Welcome and assist guests throughout their dining experience.
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally and promptly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and take proactive steps to enhance service quality.
- Team Supervision
• Train and coach new team members on service standards and procedures.
• Monitor staff grooming, uniform, discipline, and performance.
• Support performance evaluations and team development initiatives.
- Revenue & Cost Control
• Monitor reservations, table turnover, and daily revenue performance.
• Prevent loss and ensure proper handling of equipment and inventory.
• Assist with stock control and periodic inventory checks.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4–5 star hotel or resort.
• Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts.
