Rev - Reservation Agent - Based in Phu Quoc

• Accurately enter and manage reservations in the system.
  
• Provide customers with clear and updated information on room availability, pricing, promotions, and policies.
  
• Promote additional services such as upgrades, transportation, or dining to increase revenue (upselling).
  
• Monitor room inventory and coordinate with relevant departments (front office, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure availability.
  
• Send booking confirmations, invoices, and other relevant documents to customers.
  
• Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests promptly.
  
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues related to reservations in a professional and courteous manner.
  
• Maintain updated and organized records of bookings and guest profiles.
  
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on reservations and occupancy rates as required by management.
  

• Working 5 days per week.
• Full salary and service charge provided during the probation period.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Familiar with reservation and property management systems.
  
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
  
• Good command of English (both written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  
• Willing to work under pressure and during peak seasons.
