Mô tả công việc
- Prepare and manage internal documents such as menus, recipes, hygiene checklists, staff schedules, and other kitchen-related paperwork.
- Assist with staff scheduling, timekeeping, attendance tracking, and other HR-related administrative tasks for the kitchen team.
- Consolidate kitchen purchase requests (ingredients, kitchen tools, stationery) and submit them to the purchasing department.
- Coordinate communication between the kitchen and other departments such as Purchasing, HR, Accounting, Sales, and F&B.
- Support preparation of materials for internal meetings (kitchen briefings, food safety meetings, department updates, etc.).
- Maintain records and documentation for hygiene and food safety inspections, training records, and kitchen logs.
- Assist in inventory tracking and consumption reporting if assigned.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.

Yêu cầu công việc
- College degree or higher in administration, hospitality management, accounting, or related fields.
- Prior experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with restaurant/hotel management systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations or food safety is a plus.
