Media Executive/ Chuyên viên Truyền thông

- Support the development and implementation of media strategies that align with marketing goals.

Hỗ trợ xây dựng và triển khai các chiến lược truyền thông phù hợp với mục tiêu quảng bá, tiếp thị.

- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to define shoot objectives and concepts.

Phối hợp với bộ phận sáng tạo, tiếp thị và sản phẩm để xác định mục tiêu và ý tưởng cho các chiến dịch chụp hình.

- Plan and schedule photoshoots, including location scouting, model/talent coordination, and crew bookings.

Lên kế hoạch và sắp xếp lịch chụp hình: khảo sát địa điểm, sắp xếp người mẫu/diễn viên (nếu có) và đặt lịch thực hiện.

- Prepare the shot lists, and styling references.

Chuẩn bị danh sách các cảnh quay, chụp và tài liệu tham khảo.

- Coordinate with internal department or Media supplier for the photo-shooting campaigns/events.

Phối hợp với các bộ phận nội bộ liên quan hoặc Đơn vị cung cấp dịch vụ truyền thông để thực hiện các chiến dịch đề ra hoặc các sự kiện tổ chức.

- Photoshoot execution and ensure an efficiency and alignment with creative direction.

Triển khai buổi chụp hình, đảm bảo tính hiệu quả và đúng với định hướng đề ra.

- Manage timelines, equipment setup, and logistics during shoots. Ensure proper handling of products, props, and wardrobe.

Quản lý tiến độ, thiết bị và hậu cần trong suốt buổi chụp. Đảm bảo việc xử lý đúng cách các sản phẩm, đạo cụ và trang phục.

- Provide on-the-spot creative or logistical solutions during the shoot.

Đưa ra giải pháp sáng tạo hoặc hậu cần kịp thời trong quá trình chụp.

- Review and organize image selections for editing and retouching ensure timely delivery of final productions.

Xem xét và tổ chức hình ảnh để chỉnh sửa, đảm bảo bàn giao sản phẩm đúng hạn.

Thực hiện dựng video và quay các video ngắn (reels) khi cần thiết cho chiến dịch marketing.

- Manage photo & video gallery files

Quản lý thư viện hình ảnh và video.

- Ensure all contents are consistent with brand aesthetics and marketing objectives.

Đảm bảo toàn bộ nội dung truyền thông nhất quán với bộ nhận diện thương hiệu và mục tiêu marketing.
