Mô tả công việc
- Support executing all online content and advertising on behalf of both hotels, which includes but is not limited to Social Media, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube advertising, and online display advertising.
- Keep track and report on competitor online advertising and content, identifying effective techniques, messages, and channels, and ensure that the hotels’ online advertising out-performs competitors’ adverts.
- Record all expenditure and process all required paperwork for tasks related to the role
- Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies and edit and polish existing content to improve readability
- Create compelling headlines and body text that will capture the attention of the target audience
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new content to address gaps in company’s current content
- Participate in workshops, seminars for the organization
- Participate in hotel and restaurant surveys
- Work with hotel’s sales and front office departments to train staff on new hotel products
- All other related tasks to improve hotels’ branding and marketability

- Majoring in English, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of social media and SEO
- Driven and hard-working
- Flexible and able to multitask
- Ability to take initiative and spearhead projects
