Digital Marketing Executive

• Assist in the implementation of eCommerce strategies across the region.
• Execute digital marketing activities based on key initiatives and strategic plans.
• Ensure all activities align with brand standards and support successful eCommerce execution.
• Social Media & Community Management
• Manage day-to-day operations of social media channels.
• Build and maintain active, engaged online communities around defined topics.
• Monitor and participate in online conversations to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Integrate property-specific and brand messaging to establish a positive online presence.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and measure the impact of digital activities on overall business performance.
• Generate reports and provide insights on trends, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

Team Support & Leadership

• Assist management in training and motivating team members; act as a role model.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Support team collaboration and contribute to achieving common goals.

Guest Interaction & Professional Standards

• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions.
• Ensure personal appearance and conduct reflect company values.

Other Duties

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain quality standards.
