Travel Consultant (Inbound Golf Travel)

Locations: Hanoi Office | Danang Office | Ho Chi Minh City (remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Client Management

- Consult clients on golf travel packages based on needs and budget

- Prepare proposals and quotations, ensuring competitive pricing and margins

- Follow up with clients before, during, and after travel

- Handle booking changes and alternative arrangements if needed

- Achieve monthly sales and margin targets

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Attend inspections, site visits, and industry events as needed

2. Operations & Coordination

- Coordinate with internal operations team for local arrangements

- Negotiate with suppliers to maintain cost and service quality

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the trip

- Salary: 20–40 million VND/month + commission on profit

- Private training in golf travel sales

- Minimum 1 year of experience in travel consulting or sales

- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Interest in golf & travel or experience in golf tourism is a plus
