The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while maintaining the highest standards of service. This position is responsible for coordinating staff, handling on-site issues, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of hospitality service in a fine dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in coordinating and overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise and train service staff to ensure consistent service standards and professional performance.
- Handle guest concerns and issues during the shift, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Facilitate effective coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage staff scheduling and shift planning to optimize team productivity.
- Support the planning and execution of special events, wine pairing dinners, and other premium dining experiences.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a fine dining restaurant or 5-star hotel
- College or university degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or related fields
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and team management skills
- Professional demeanor, with the ability to listen, support, and lead the team effectively
