- Develop and implement security policies and procedures for all hotel areas
- Oversee all aspects of safety, loss prevention, and emergency response
- Lead and train the security team to ensure high standards and readiness
- Collaborate with government and local authorities on compliance and crisis management
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits
- Be a key part of the pre-opening task force and contribute to a safe and successful launch

Yêu cầu công việc
Proven experience in hospitality or facility security management. More than 3 years with the same roles is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and crisis response skills
- Solid knowledge of local safety laws and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Experience in a pre-opening environment is a plus
- Military/police background is an advantage
