Group & Event Sales Manager / Quản Lý Kinh Doanh Đoàn & Sự Kiện

Work Location

• Primary base: Floor 3, 43 Ton That Thiep, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Travel: Frequent trips to Phú Quốc for client meetings and event oversight

• Manage incoming inquiries and bookings for weddings, team-building retreats, Yoga and wellness retreats, private group stays and celebrations
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Coordinate with internal departments (reservations, F&B, housekeeping, operations) to ensure all event and group requirements are met
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, event planners, corporate clients, wellness communities
• Manage group booking processes, including room allocations, special requests, and payment schedules
• Update and manage listings on OTAs (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia) to ensure accurate group offerings
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities
• Maintain organized records of bookings, communications, and client feedback
• Collaborate with marketing team to promote group packages and seasonal offer
• Travel regularly to Phú Quốc to meet clients, conduct site inspections, and oversee event execution

• Vietnamese nationality
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or event management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Willingness to travel frequently to Phú Quốc
