Mô tả công việc
- Contact the accommodation facility (hotel, resort…)/ hoteliers to develop the new partners.
- Site inspection new properties to get good deal with hoteliers and company's business goals.
- Negotiate and sign the contract with the hotels/ resorts.
- Update and upgrade the list of hotels/ resorts in Phu Quoc.
- Understand the market at Phu Quoc to consult to BOD's business plan.
- Follow and manage the partner data, support other concerned departments to upload contract information to internal managment systems.
- Good technique skills of software to understand the management system.
- Good training for Contracting team.
- Perform other tasks and requirements as assigned by Chief Operating Officer.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma of Tourism/ hotels/ resorts management
- Two years experienced in 5* hotels/ resorts at DOSM or 1 year experienced at similar recruitment position in tourism company at least.
- Strong communication to get the best deal with hotelies.
- Good in negotiation skills, analysis skills. and good relationships with hoteliers in Khanh Hoa and Phu Quoc.
- Well-knowledge the software technique to support team in detailed if have.
- Good English communication. 2nd foreign language (Russian) is an advantage.
- Willing to go for business trip as assigned.
