Spa Supervisor/ Giám sát Spa

WHAT’S THE JOB?

As a Spa Supervisor, you will assist Spa Manager in organizing the overall day-to-day spa operations and administration as assigned.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

• Know all available spa services, including techniques and its benefits.

• Perform spa treatment to guests as assignment.

• Double checking all spa bookings.

• Assist Spa Trainer in implementing new and effective training programs.

• Supervise spa therapist to maintain standard service of treatment according to SOP.

• Organize, monitor the room set up, spa equipment and spa products.

• Organize the month end inventory of spa products and responsible for the professional product storage.

• Provide the spa service consultation to the guest to ensure meet the guest’s demand.

• Assign booking for Spa Therapist to ensure the balance booking in the day and therapist’s health.

• Check over the grooming of Spa staff on duty.

• Receive and record guest comments/ feedback to communicate with Spa Trainer/ Spa Manager to refresh and develop treatment.

• Update operation logbook regularly in work shift, handover to next shift for follow up.

• Perform other administrative documentation as required.

• To be well knowledge in all aspects of Spa facilities, policies and procedures.

• Monthly summary of treatments and guest information.

• Complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy and procedures.

• Be proactive in self-setting specific goals to develop in professional career.
