Kế Toán Ngân Hàng / Banking Accounting Coordinator

Overall purpose of the job:

Banking Accounting Coordinator in responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

Key activities:

• Calculate interest payable of loan contracts, and interest fixed deposits and submit foreign loan drawdown

• Prepare of supplier code in accounting software with correct information.

• Create transactions via internet banking.

• Prepare daily, weekly cash balance.

• Manage and process all vendor invoices and ensure integrity of all payments.

• Coordinate with suppliers and maintain records of all payment status.

• Download bank statement and work on bank reconciliations between accounting system and bank accounts

• Cooperate with Operation team to perform month-end stock count.

• To support team other tasks such as filing and manage paperwork.

• To perform other related duties and special projects as required by Chief Account/ Finance Controller.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field must be a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, problem-solving, and math skills.

• Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software must be a plus.

• High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially when multitaskin
