Responsibilities:
- Handles all correspondence in and out of the office.
- Handles telephone calls and appointments.
- Arranges the meeting calendar of the Executive Chef.
- Arrange for various meetings and take minutes.
- Establish and maintain various filing/records/databases of business contacts, trace pending items and follow up as appropriate.
- Organize business travel arrangements and other duties as assigned.
- Keep the calendar constantly updated to facilitate appointment and meeting schedules.
- Prepare, assemble and distribute various reports and documents.
- Coordinates the flow of information between Kitchens, Store, Sales and F&B Departments.
- Performs other duties assigned by the Executive Chef.
- The ability to display an interest in all kitchen and hotel activities and help colleagues when and wherever possible.
- The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
- Fill out the appropriate log sheets according to our standard on a daily basis.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Proficient in the English language.
- Education: University degree in any field.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in a similar role with a five-star hotel.
- Other: Excellent communication and coordination skills, computer skills, and Microsoft Office.
