1. Revenue Strategy & Optimisation
- Develop and own the annual revenue management strategy for the cluster, aligned to budget targets and competitive positioning.
- Continuously analyse pace, pickup, booking window, and segment performance to identify revenue opportunities and demand gaps.
- Set, manage, and dynamically adjust room rates, yield thresholds, and stay-controls across all channels and rate categories.
- Produce accurate weekly, monthly, and 12-month rolling revenue forecasts; maintain ±3% accuracy on the 30-day outlook.
- Lead weekly Revenue Strategy (Revmax) meetings with the Cluster GM, Sales, and Front Office; track all actions to closure.
- Benchmark cluster ADR, RevPAR, and TRevPAR against the defined competitive set and Phu Quoc market trends.
2. Reservations Operations
- Lead and develop the cluster reservations team; set individual performance targets and conduct monthly coaching sessions.
- Ensure all reservation enquiries are acknowledged within 4 business hours in line with agreed SLA standards.
- Oversee group quotation, contracting, rooming list management, and deposit compliance for all group and MICE enquiries.
- Monitor cancellation, no-show, and overbooking exposure; apply policies consistently and recover revenue wherever possible.
- Maintain up-to-date SOP documentation for all reservations processes; ensure compliance with Vietnamese hospitality regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in hotel revenue management, with at least 2 years in a cluster or multi-property role. Prior experience in Vietnam or Southeast Asia strongly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, or related field. Revenue Management certification (CRME or equivalent) preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS, Channel Manager platforms (SiteMinder or equivalent), and rate-shopping tools (OTA Insight, RateGain, or similar). Strong Excel and BI tool capability.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a reservations team in a high-performance resort environment.
- Communication: Professional fluency in English. Vietnamese and other Asian languages are an advantage.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic resort environment; comfortable working across departments and cultures.
